Fix and Flip
Short-term financing to buy and renovate properties with up to 10 units. We support experienced and new investors with competitive terms and pricing.

Permanent financing of rental properties with long-term tenants. These loans use the rental cash flow and stabilized property value to determine the loan amount.

Short-Term Rental
A solution for investors who need permanent financing for their rentals listed on AirBNB and VRBO. This product allows DSCR to be calculated by using 12 months of operating history or AirDNA rents as market rent.

For experienced investors, we finance up to 10 rental properties as a single loan. These loans are often more cost effective than closing each loan individually.

Bank Statement
Small business owners and self-employed individuals have the ability to obtain permanent financing on their rental properties by underwriting their income, instead of rental property cash flow. We do this by analyzing bank statements and do not require tax returns.

Nolan's approach to real estate is grounded in results: he's managed the acquisition of over $150 million in off-market real estate transaction volume, giving him a sharp eye for finding value where others don't think to look. That track record comes from experience as an operator inside a real estate investing business focused on fix-and-flip and buy-and-hold strategies, where he worked directly with investors to help them grow their portfolios — not with generic playbooks, but with nuanced strategies tailored to each investor's goals and risk tolerance. That same attention to detail carries into how he shows up for clients today: thorough, grounded in real numbers, and unwilling to settle for a one-size-fits-all answer when a deal calls for something more considered. A Washington State University alum, Nolan is an avid surfer and a father of two. When he's not working with clients, you'll probably find him in the water or spending time with his family.
